Ken  Gan  Photography

I am a photographer based in Melbourne, Australia. My photographic interest started out as a hobby concentrating on travel shots. This then extended to capturing twilight shots around the city, during the short interval when lights are first switched on and the sky turns a deep blue so that mundane daytime scenes turn magical and mysterious. Since 2016, I have taken up portrait and people photography because I feel that it is a more meaningful use of the medium, one which evokes a higher level of interest, curiosity and engagement from viewers, subjects and photographers alike.

I am still a hobbyist and I approach my portrait and people photography from a desire to create artistic, evocative and beautiful images. I have a special interest in helping aspiring models, actors, singers and dancers develop their portfolio on a TFP basis. My Instagram is @kenganphotography.
